Dr. Tareq Alkhayat phd
Dr. Tareq AbdulAziz Khayyat, is a distinguished Jordanian professional currently serving as the Founder & CEO of Ruad Consulting in Dubai, UAE.
He holds a PhD in Politica l Science from the Institute of Arab Research & Studies, an MA in International Relations/Political Science from the University of Jordan, and a BS in Political Science/Public Administration from the University of Jordan.
Dr. Khayyat is an accomplished consultant with extensive experience in excellence and innovation assessment. He is a Certified EFQM Excellence Assessor and a Certified Innovation Strategist and Assessor through the Global Innovation Institute (GInI).
His professional career includes roles such as Chairman, Managing Partner, and Consultant at the Strategic Center for Organizational Performance Improvement (SCOPI) since 2011, and Excellence Consultant at the National Information Technology Centre (NITC) from 2006 to 2010, where he also served as Head of the Administrative Affairs Department.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Dr. Khayyat holds several prestigious affiliations. He is an Executive Board Member of the Asia Triathlon Confederation, Secretary General of the West Asia Triathlon Federation, President of the Jordan Triathlon Association, and a President of the Jordan Cycling Federation
ENG. LAITH IYAD ALAWAYSHEH MSC
Eng. Laith Iyad AlAwaysheh is a distinguished Jordanian engineer and management consultant, currently serving as the Managing Director & Partner at Ruad Consulting in Dubai, UAE.
He holds a Master’s Degree in Engineering Management from Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Jordan.
Eng. AlAwaysheh is a certified EFQM Excellence Assessor, a certified QMS Lead Auditor, a Certified Innovation Strategist and Assessor through the Global Innovation Institute (GInI).
With extensive experience in excellence and innovation assessment, he has managed more than 30 successful projects in Strategic Planning, Organizational Excellence, Global Star Rating Program, BPM, Innovation Management, Knowledge Management, and ISO Standards Implementation.
Eng. Laith has empowered several public sector organizations to achieve leading positions in the Sheikh Khalifa Government Excellence Program (SKGEP) and the Dubai Government Excellence Program (DGEP). As an assessment team leader, he has led teams for more than 10 awards in the UAE and Jordan.
